Incredible staff and beautiful views

During my 5-night stay in a Suite with Private Pool, the staff, especially Alexander and Karen, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, especially during the Romantic Dinner, where the impeccable service and stunning views enhanced the meal. I truly appreciated the efforts the staff made to personalize my experience, including special touches for my birthday. One thing I'd suggest is having a wider variety of food options, but overall, I had an unforgettable time.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience, especially with our special needs son's autism support dog. The beach vibes were perfect for lounging, and we adored the sound of the ocean waves mixed with our favorite tunes. The staff was accommodating and made us feel welcomed.

The Suite with Private Pool was my personal oasis with its refreshing plunge pool just waiting for a dip. Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed chilling by the pool while sipping fresh cocktails. The beach was just steps away, perfect for our daily swims. I recommend checking out local attractions and trying the delicious food on offer. Don't miss the rooftop bar with a view!

My stay at the Lotus Beach Hotel was delightful, featuring beautiful sunsets and an inviting location by the beach. The small number of rooms created a personal atmosphere, allowing me to feel special. Breakfast left a bit to be desired in terms of timing, but the quality made up for it.

The small number of rooms created a very personal atmosphere, making us feel like we had the place to ourselves. The staff was incredibly attentive. Dave and Ingrid ensured our stay was perfect. Our suite had a lovely private plunge pool that added to our relaxation. The sunsets from our room offered a stunning sea view that was simply breathtaking!

The beach club was busy in the afternoons, which took away from the quiet atmosphere we enjoyed in the mornings.

This was just a prime choice for a short stint in Isla Mujeres with excellent value for money. I particularly enjoyed the private plunge pool, which was a great way to unwind after a day out. Make sure to check the sunbed availability early. they fill up fast!

The Jacuzzi Suite with Partial Ocean View felt like my own private paradise. The location on the beach made it easy to relax, and the pool was sparkling clean. Alexander and Juan greeted me warmly and made every effort to ensure I felt pampered during my stay. The food and drinks exceeded my expectations. I especially enjoyed the fresh cocktails by the pool. One downside was the beach service ended early which wasn't ideal for late afternoon lounging. But overall, the atmosphere was peaceful and intimate, perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring the island. I appreciated the tips for local attractions, which helped make my stay even better. Returning here feels like a must!
